TC Motorhomes represents products from Lunar Motorhomes, CI Caravans International, Rollerteam, Trigano, Romahome, and Adria.

BUSINESS NEED:
Thanet businessman Tony Chamberlain had a need for a fully integrated Dealer Management System (DMS) as his business was growing.

Tony also wanted the ability to present his new and used vehicle stock in a professional manner and with many more pictures to allow his clients to gain a true reflection of the features and specifications of the vehicles he offers to a nationwide audience.

There was also a requirement to further develop communication with the TC Motorhomes customers and to highlight news stories along with the added benefits of having ?habitation? and ?mechanical? workshop facilities on hand.

SOLUTION:
Motor Trade Solutions installed a Dragon 2000 http://www.dragon2000.co.uk/ Dealer Management System (DMS) into the business which provided printed output personalised to the company and branding. The system included everything from sales and purchase invoicing to profit and VAT reports. The system supports SAGE, digital photos and updated the new website as stock was added/removed.

Motor Trade Solutions developed a managed website for the TC Motorhomes which worked in harmony with the new DMS and also featured a search facility for Used Motorhomes and Caravans http://www.tcmotorhomes.com/used_motorhomes.html. This allowed stock to be searched and arranged in a variety of formats by make, model, fuel type and price banding.

A similar stocklisting system was provided for the advertising of New Motorhome and Campervan stock http://www.tcmotorhomes.com/new_motorhomes.html for immediate delivery as well as features on the brands the company represented.

The marriage of our system meant that information only had to be keyed-in once which then populated the accounts system, service database and the website stocklists.
